Once you鈥檝e put yourself in the right frame of mind and have accustomed yourself to being nude at the beach, it comes to seem normal and natural. You start to wonder why all beaches and pools can鈥檛 be swimsuit-optional. It鈥檚 actually a bit dangerous: in the aftermath of having been nude at a nude beach, you might find yourself starting to wonder at a conventional beach or pool, 鈥淲hy can鈥檛 I just take my swimsuit off right here and now? People wouldn鈥檛 really get upset, would they? The police wouldn鈥檛 really come and arrest me, would they?鈥?You have to keep reminding yourself intellectually that the answers to those questions are yes and yes, because in your heart you aren鈥檛 feeling it as strongly as you used to.

Sure a nude beach is like any other beach except people don't wear swimsuits It is very enjoyable not to wear swimsuit and be naked and enjoy the sun , water and wind on the human body Everyone at nude beachs I've ever met are the nicest bunch of people in the world because we are not hiding behind the pretense of cloth and can be more at ease with ourselves and free in mind and body of materialism and hang ups of the textile world we all have to live in.
If you never have been to an nude beach try going to one and you will find that being nude is very relaxing and peaceful once you get iver the fact that you are nude. being nude is not about sexualism its about sensualism becaise out skin exposed enlightens the human senses better than being clothed. nude beaches will have every type of person on them young, old, skinny, fat, etc it doesn't matter because we all share in the freedom to be ourselves without inhibitions and hangups or stereotypes you will find on regular beaches
