What is the best vacation you have ever taken? |
Travel Info 1) Where did you go? 2) How much was the trip? 3) With whom did you go? Please answer these questions (if you don't mind) P.S. Did you ever visit Serbia or Bosnia? Thanks!!! Travel Tips I've been to 80 plus countries, mainly in Asia. Some of the best holidays have been cruises (I did a transatlantic one and Caribbean/South America). One of the most memorable from a sightseeing point of view was a dual destination holiday to Cambodia and Vietnam. I went with one other person who actually won the holiday as a prize so I don't know how much it cost, but it included my only experience of flying business class! Holidays are definitely better if you don't have to pay. LOL!! Angkor Wat in Cambodia is out of this world. I also went to Ho Chi Minh city and Nha Trang in Vietnam. PS I travelled through Bosnia just a few weeks ago. I went youth hostelling in Slovenia and Croatia, and went through Bosnia to get to Croatia. I would thoroughly recommend a trip if you haven't already been. x Others 1) MAUI!!!!!! 2) 5- 6 thousand, you don't keep track when you are in paradise 3) a female my age No, I have never been to either Serbia or Bosnia, but I will consider it if things settle down over there and Maui closes...Maui... http://vthimaui.com/kaanapalibeach/kaana... I went to Guyana, South America. It was US$645 and I went with my mom and brother. It was the best because we understood the language there. (They speak English with a West Indian Accent), the food was great, the currency exchange was amazing ( I was considered a millionaire), the cost of living is cheap, the environment was safe, it was culturally rich and best of all, it was a MIX of Caribbean and South American so u know the food was GREEEEAAATTTTTTT!!!! No, I've never been to Serbia or Bosnia, but my friends said Serbia and Bosnia are architectually rich. My best vacation was my honeymoon, when my wife and I spent two weeks in Ireland (mostly in the west and south, with a couple of days in Dublin). Total cost (airfare, lodging, car, spending money, etc.) was probably around US$2000. It's not something we'd do every year, but for the occasion it was money well spent. Nope, never been to Serbia or Bosnia. Sorry! My best vacation was to the south of Spain. I dont remember how much we paid. I went with my family. It was great-Malaga, Cadiz, Granada... Fantastic. Ive been to Bosnia and its a really unique, fascinating country. If you ask the question under General - Europe (Continental) you should get more answers to that question. Hope this helped! |
