In August is the ocean in Southern Maine warm enough to swim in?

I'm going to be visiting Ogunquit & Portland this August. Is the ocean warm enough to swim in there in August?

Travel Tips
Yes it is hot enough to swim there. I did some research and found out that it can get to the mid 90's in some parts of Maine. If it is that hot, wouldn't it be hot enough to swim?

If your a Lobster yes....if your a human I have no idea as I have never swam there
