Travel Info is it biting cold there?is it enjoyable?wht r d must c places Travel Tips Depends on where you go. If you plan to go to Maine, Montana or Alaska, then yes it's biting cold. If you want to go to Southern California, Florida or Hawaii you need to bring your bathing suit and sun block. Others Some places are snowed in. Yosemite for instance. You might want to wait til Spring. It depends on where your going, but with the warming effect, it's a nice time of year. Not too hot, not to cold. (In most parts of the country). Well in certain parts it's cold. For example: Montana snows very much in the winter but then it's very nice in the summer. But in Houston, TX where I live, it's just hot year round. Well, the places I think you should visit are: Washington, D.C., Chicago, IL, Houston, TX, Los Angelos, CA, New York City, NY, and many other places. You can also look at the web at some must see places. I think it will be enjoyable. There's lots of tourism, shopping, and just much more! It depends on where in America you are talking about! East Coast- beautiful in December, but yes, cold. New York City just after Christmas is lovely- tree in Rockefeller center w/ ice skating is a lot of fun. There are lots of places to ski in the East as well. West Coast- much warmer, but less of a "wintry" vibe. Mid-West- I wouldn't advise going in winter because storms could trap you there (last year a lot of people were trapped for days in the Colorado area by a blizzard). Have fun! Go to Miami. South Florida is just about the only area of the continental US that does not get cold at all. Even Texas and other parts of Florida get down in the 30F or 0c. But miami will never get below 40F/3c. December the weather is great sunny and mild. And in December Miami is very busy with Tourist from all over the world. Its a great place in December. it all depends where your going !!!!!!!!!!!!!it's not biting cold every where ya know i live perris Cali and it never goes under 30 degrees so look around more!!!!!!!!!!!! ; ) |
