Should I take some time off to travel since I just finished college?

I finished medical school a couple of years early and was contemplating whether or not I want to take some time before working to travel around the world. I'm thinking about taking the remainder of this year off. I don't have a mortgage payment, not married and no kids. Should I?

Absolutely! This is the perfect time to travel while you have no other commitments, either personal or financial.
Wow, normally I'd say yes, but isn't the medical field hard to break into? If your chances of getting into an internship (assuming you're aspiration is to be a doctor) won't be hurt but taking some time off, I'd say go for it
