Travel Info who thinks singapore is a part of china..honestly? i am telling you singapore is an independent nation. we have NO AFFILATIONS to china at all. we are as far from china like america is as far from south africa. but who THOUGHT that singapore is part of china? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/singapore... Travel Tips haha. i'm singaporean and yea... many ppl still think s'pore is part of china... and i really don't know why? maybe because majority of singaporeans are chinese? Others Who actually knows where Singapore is in the first place (besides people from Singapore)? When I was in Switzerland 11 years ago, the owners of the log-cabin hotel up in the mountains of Interlaken, actually told us they thought Singapore is part of China! We enlightened them! And where is in the link you sited that says Singapore is part of China? If you read the reference properly - it was saying that Hong Kong was a part of China. It DID NOT in any way said that Singapore was part of China. You need to read the sentence structure properly. However, I DO KNOW that wikipedia is not all that accurate. But in this instance - I don't see anything you mentioned. |
