9:47pm starting to get dark, 78degrees and clear, almost no wind. A few cars pass a couple yards away. The hawks that hatched this year are screaching but they will stop within a few minutes, and for the rest of the evening.
There is no breeze but air slowly moves from the south. This brings the smell of my neighbors cigarette into the front room where I am typing.
Probably more info than you wanted.

Very Nice Cool NIght in NYC....
I could hear the cars on the street....cars on the expressway....and the occasional plane going to LaGuardia Airport.....Ohh...just heard some Honking too....(inpatient people! )
It is 21:32 hours and a cool and welcome 18. I only hear what I want to hear.

It's warm, and I can hear a lot of cars, (I'm right by a major highway) some people yelling, my family talking, the TV, my cat purring, and my sister's bird playing with his bell toy.
I'm in the Central Time Zone in the Southeastern US, it's night time, and it's 86 degrees. I can hear Ralphie May on Comedy Central.
