Me and my friends made a nice 11 day trip by visiting Budapest, Hungary; Vienna, Austria; and Prague, Czech Republic. These places are a little less touristy, esp. budapest. So they are really unique to see and you can just take a train to get to each city. We stayed a couple days in each city and it was plenty of time to get a sense of each place. It was a really fun trip, i'd recommend it. Hungary is pretty inexpensive also, the other two places are a little more but reasonable enough.
