Does anyone get sick everytime they travel? |
Travel Info Everytime I go on vacation longer than 2 days I get sick with fatigue, nausea, vomiting. I was wondering if they happened to anyone else and if they know why? I am guessing it could be related to the stress leading up to vacation or change in sleeping patterns. Travel Tips It sounds like stress, loading up on your zinc and iron should help with that. Also eat plenty of raw veggies and fruits as well as staying hydrated the whole time your on your trip will help. Don't forget your OJ for vitamin C. Good luck and don't stress out so much. You also might try not drinking tap water where you are, drink a common brand bottled water, like ice mountain or evian. Keep that the same it may help. Others If you travel long enough you'll get sick of it....And I guess traveling to the death chamber in a prison would make you sick,,,or at the least-dead. It could be the change in atmosphere, like not being stressed at all, the climate change like if you live in Minnesota and go to Florida the weather will probably be hard to adjust to, or maybe it could be the food you're eating. If you keep a good diet at home but then indulge on vacation, your body might not be used to the richer food or the quantity of food. Or it could be different food altogether. if you go to a rural part in Europe, you may not be used to the different food, or the local water may not be as clean as it is where you live. Also, jet lag could be the problem too if you go to Europe, because your body is behind and stuck on the different time. |
