Where is the best place to view the Northern Lights and when is the best time? |
Travel Info Where is the best place to view the Northern Lights and when is the best time? Travel Tips Weather conditions must be right....Check with NOA for best info.......BUT DO GO SEE THEM !!!! Would suggest any where from Nome to Prince William Sound...might have to stay a while to decide best place and time...enjoy !!! Source(s): memories of trip back up ALCAN in Feb. Other Travel Tips idk but there beautiful Up in a northern area like Alaska, at night, they come out all year. I noticed that there was more activity in the summertime. I lived up in Alaska for awhile. I don't know about the Northern Lights, but there is a place near the Joplin, Missouri area that has a natural 'spook light' thing that people go to see. Sounds neat!
