Travel Info I've been with my boyfriend for almost two years now, but he lives in Manchester,UK and I live in America. He wants me to move out there with him which I truly would love to do. PROBLEM: I can not figure out a way that we can be together, without me either me getting deported at one point or another. Or visas that dont really apply to my situation. This is hurting our relationship so much. I cry almost every night and he gets extremely upset and take it out on me. I dont know what to do for the best. * I have been there, met his family, I love love love England so it's the getting there thats a problem *Also I have read other yahoo answers in regaurds to this paticular problem but I still can not get my head around it all. SORRY FOR CARRYING ON LIKE I DID ;) THANKS EVERYONE Travel Tips I am in a similar situation, my boyfriend is Scottish and I am American. We figured out that the only way to live here without getting married was to apply for either a unmarried partner or a fiance permit. Neither of which helped us very much. The U.K. has soo many legal immigrants to take care of and give jobs to that they are very reluctant to allow people from other countries not in their colonies to come and live.
