Things to do in scunthorpe?

Hi everyone,

will be visiting Scunthorpe for 3 days this week.
Anyone know what there is to do in scunthorpe - family activities, nice family restaurants etc...... I have a toddler also so any kiddies things would be great!

The best thing to do when in Scunthorpe is leave, it is a depressing place.
there is a leisure center you cna go to with flumes and a few pubs in town...good place to eat is club 2000 ... nice sarnys there...cinima bowling allay... just like any other town really
Scunthorpe a strange place for anyone to want to visit.

Cross the Humber
There is nothing to do in Scunthorpe except drink your self into oblivion. Abandon all hope ye who enter!

Alternatley, you could always try the Brewers Fayre up by Morrisons, they have a ball pool!

The museum also has a lovely dolls house i was rather fond of as a child and a stuffed badger.
