I currently live in America, cos my dad got a better job.. all my relatives are in England, and we go and visit in the summer, and sometimes at Christmas or Easter!

I miss England..
Love the chocolate, being around English people, TV (Blue Peter, Doctor Who), being able to walk to the shops down the road..

*sigh*
But, I can pass on my knowledge of England through Yahoo Answers which is good

My cousin told me about chavs, and when we were in the Disney store in York, there were some there... I didn't really see them though.. my cousin was trying to teach me how they walk, but she just laughed when i tried...lol

I'm from harrogate, and my grandma lives there, and we stay there when we visit..

I love the food, fish and chips and curry, how foreigners say the food here is bad I'll never understand.

I like the summer in England, such long hours of daylight. I like nice country villages and small towns. Pubs of course,traditional ones I mean.

things I dont like is the winters when you get 8 hours of daylight a day it's permanantly grey and drizzly.
I dont like the way the (labour) governemnt is turning it into a nanny state.I dont like chavs and the attitude of some people in society these days, but these aren't necessarily unique to England.
