You may need to adjust your browser settings to allow for more time to download or you may have a virus or spybot hijacking your browser.

Use CCleaner, Registry Cleaner and Ad-Aware to rid your computer of rubbish that is affecting your browsing experience.
Apparently, this is an issue with Yahoo Mail BETA only - the crux of the matter is, however, that once you cannot access your account, the option to switch back to the classic interface is out of your reach!

If that doesn't work for you, there is another way to get at the option to switch back: You need to use a browser that doesn鈥檛 meet Yahoo Mail Beta鈥檚 specifications; I used Opera 8.5. You鈥檒l be able to access Yahoo Mail Classic - ignore prompts to upgrade your browser or switch to Yahoo Mail Beta! Do not use, for example, Opera Version 9 - which will be simply blocked by Yahoo Mail, and you鈥檒l be back to square one!

Opera 8.5 is available for download here: hhttp://www.brothersoft.com/internet/brow... It鈥檚 a relatively small download (3.6 MB), and after you鈥檝e used it to get into the Yahoo Mail Classic interface, you can discard it and use your usual browser again to log into your account.

Note: if you normally use a bookmark in your other browser, change its URL to mail.yahoo.com as the one in your bookmark will drop you into that blank page again, probably because it is configured to use Mail Beta. At least that鈥檚 what happened to me.
