Does anyone know a really good place to go on holiday with kids in the uk.? |
Travel Info We have been to Butlins every year and want to do something different. Needs to be lots of places to visit and we like theme parks and needs to be quite cheap. Not London though coz we are going there next year. Travel Tips Try Flamingo Land in Yorkshire. An ideal touring base for the too-many-to mention attractions in the area, plus more than enough on-site to keep the kids occupied. Others Centre Parks is fantastic. It can be quite pricey but offers fantastic accomodation and lots of activities for all ages. your no Judith bloody Chalmers are you centre parks is great for kids, the pool is amazing and lots to do but extras are a little prices. I like the longleat one theres lots to do aorund the area. like longleat its self bath is near by and several other good places to visit. The Isle of Wight. The only theme park is over near the Needles. 17 clean beaches, zoo, other stuff. Do a google on it. Why not try something different and go abroad. You can do this at not much cost more than Butlins. If you dont like flying why not take the ferry and hop over to france. You can get holidays there similar to Butlins, but much better as you have better weather for a start. The food will be different. Your kids will get the chance to meet other kids from different countries. It need not cost the earth. Go for it - you wont want to holiday in the UK again. You cant go wrong with Paignton in Devon as you have Torquay and Brixham nearby. There is a Zoo, beaches, amusements and lots more. Torquay also is a great place for kids it has a model village, caves, beaches and lots of shops to look in. |
