Which is the best allround city birmingham manchester liverpool?? |
Travel Info which would you live in ? what do you rate the following out of 5 people, housing, restaurants, nightlife, safety, multi racial harmony, things to do... PLEASE HELP... Travel Tips The only racists I know come from Birmingham so I woldnt go there. I'd rate manchester ***** (5) Others Never been to Manchester or liverpool. Been to Birmingham, and that was ok. But London is the best City by far........... Manchester !!! We got it all my friend. Melbourne, Australia! Manchester definitely. Birmingham is a nightmare to get into on the motorways and Liverpool has the most confusing one way systems imaginable. I found Manchester to be really vibrant and cosmopolitan, especially the northern quarter. Multi-racial harmony and nightlife - 5. Not so sure about the others as I don't live there. People - 5 though. Living in Manchester area - I would have to say Manchester - we have everything and we are a very diverse city. Has with any other city - they are places that are rough - my kids regularly go into Man for nights out - a couple of them go training in Manchester (Thai-boxing) All have attractions. Manchester however is the rising star and has been for about a decade. It is a superb place to be and is the best city in UK. Liverpool is also "Rising" as new developments take shape on the docks. The 'pool has a great history and sights to see. Brum needs an uplift, but it is still worth a visit. London, see the sights and leave as fast as possible. You will be ripped off on everything you buy, people are determined to be rude and look at you as if you are from Mars if you ask directions. Not a great place to base your visit, but of course the sights must be seen. |
