They are both beautiful counties. It depends on what you want each thing for. If that makes sense. Cornwall is colder, Cornwall has better waves for surfing but Devon is beautiful. There are loads of different things.

The trouble with the cornish is they have spent far too long sitting in metal ore infested caves eating filthy pasties, when they really should be sitting in quaint tea rooms eating scones with fresh cream and strawberry jam.
both good but you cant beat cornwall.
definately Cornwall, although I don't really know what you are asking.
both places are great plenty to do in these counties
