Travel Info can i get a refund? Travel Tips wow great body, must have took years to get in that shape, you look great Others No way - you stay at Butlins you take your chances!! I don't think so as its not exactly known for being 5 star! I stayed at Pointins once - never again! Ha ha. Unfortunately i think its to be expected from a holiday camp - i think they pride themselves on the entertainment aspect more than the accommodation! were you in the super sized suite hi you should have complained while you were there ,xx To be honest all I hear these days is how dirty and expensive Butlins is and yet people still pay a fortune to go there. I never ever would in a million years! Did you complain to the office there at the time? also did you take photos to back up any claim. i went through a similar ordeal when i went on holiday to spain, absolutely filthy room and bathroom, ants/cockroaches, and smelly bathroom, I was told i couldn't claim anything as they said i hadn't made a complaint at the time to the holiday rep ( not a complaint , but told her about it) or had any proof , |
