Travel Info I Have Been Offered A Job There, But Im Not Sure If Its A Happening City Travel Tips That had better be a really secure job, because it is the only one available in the state. My sister moved there last year, she says it sucks!! They will not buy a house there, because of how bad the economy is, be careful, I would suggest that you not take that job. Others I would move anywhere to get out of Detroit Des Moines Iowa Why? BEST STATE EVER The economy is so bad in the Detroit Metro area thanks to our dependance on the Auto Industry. Iowa may not be great, but it can't be any worse than what you have now. Go check it out for a couple of months. You can still be looking while you're there. Good luck. Yes, Anywhere is as happening as you make it, and everywhere is within 100 miles of a large population, but Detroit , the word is ,lets get out while we can, and has been for 20 years......How old are you? Everyday street bum And Detroit is a happening city? LOL Yeah I suppose, if you like lots of crime and dirt. Grew up there and lived there until I was 30. If you have a chance to get out, take it! |
