Haunted places in Raleigh NC area?

I'm looking for some local haunts especially old abandon places. Does anybody know of any in raleigh or in the towns around raleigh??

If you just put "raleigh ghosts" or "north carolina ghosts" into a google or yahoo search, you come up with tons of links.

The two I've heard the most about over the years is the old State Capital downtown. Also, Mordecai Plantation near downtown.
In Chapel Hill, the Carolina Inn is supposedly very haunted too.
