Florida vacation ideas??? |
Travel Info We would like to take our four-year-old to Disney World this year, but don't really want to do an Orlando vacation. We were thinking more along the lines of a beach vacation with a one day trip to the Magic Kingdom thrown in there. What is a good beach to visit that isn't too much of a drive to Disney? Travel Tips Cocoa Beach/Melbourne/Titusville or Daytona Beach. I live just south in New Smyrna Beach and it's a little cleaner. You can even drive on the beach in some areas of Daytona and New Smyrna. A lot of people say they love this area. You have Daytona and St. Augustine just to the north, the Kennedy Space Center in Cocoa just to the south and Orlando area around an hour depending where you go to the west.
