What is the life style like in south carolina? |
Travel Info I live in Maryland and I want to move to the south like south carolina . Here it is so much fast living , fast pace people, always in a hurry. I'm looking for a laid back state on the east coast. Travel Tips I've been in South Carolina all of my life, and it is indeed much more laidback. However, you will find that traffic conditions in the capital city of Columbia are much like a large city. We have some of the worst drivers in the country, unfortunately, and there is very little public transportation usage. Because of all the cars, traffic can be rough. That's really the only "fast-paced" thing about South Carolna. Expect people to nod or say hello to you on the street and for most folks to be a little more cordial and open than they are in the North. Others I live in eastern shore MD, it's the exact opposite of what you are describing your current living conditions. |
