What to do about poor customer service in airlines/buses? |
Travel Info I, for one, am getting extremely frustrated and impatient with crowded planes and buses, rude personnel (especially in Greyhound), long delays and fewer routes and less frequent schedules. What would you advocate to make the airline and bus industry, as a whole, more efficient, less crowded and provide better customer service and better routes?
