Skater scene in connecticut?

So I just moved to Bristol CT...where's the skating scene? Are there any punk clubs around here where bands play and ****?? What is there to do???

I am not a skater but I read an article on a place referred to as "heaven" in Hartford. It is very well known to skaters. See link below.

I live in Union Square in NYC. You will find skaters there any day of the week. Also, the Brooklyn Bridge has a great park.

i don't know much about the skate scene, all i really now is that my town has a skate park. I'm not sure about clubs, but The Meadows, or Dodge Music Center, hosts concerts
