Keeping local times in many different cities became too confusing. Others You are kidding right? Because we're on the earth, revolving around the sun. Cos it's so bloody big!Even in a small country like the UK there is a big difference between sunrise and sunset from east to west.Thats why they are in a different time Zone from the rest of Europe.Even Portugal changed to GMT a few years back Wake up really early here in Spain because the earth rotates around the sun on its axis, caused by the force of gravity on the earth acting on the force of the sun (or something like that). It is a sphere it can't be the same time everywhere unless the world were flat, like they used to believe many years ago. |
