Travel Info I'm taking my wife to Hilton Head for her birthday in September. I need to know if there's a nice restaurant or some kind of Hilton Head link that I get in contact with and make some birthday plans and reservations? I was a travel agent a few years ago and I booked a package for several honeymooners who wanted to go somewhere other than Hawaii so I suggested Hilton Head Island which the couples loved. Other Travel Tips Fudruckers!!!Hilton Head is boring you should go south River Street is a awsome place with great restaurants on every corner Try www.hiltonheadisland.com they have a few restaurants like Riders Lounge and some other things on the south end that you might enjoy. I have been there a couple times it is sooo beautiful. Each time there we ate at a restaurant called The Alligator Grille & Seafood Resturaunt...delicious and the service was great as well. Also you have to visit Harbor Town. Awesome place, lots to see...the Lighthouse, the harbor has million dollar yachts in it, shopping and site seeing all in Harbor Town. Beautiful island. Enjoy your trip. Great place to go. Traffic going in on Saturday is usually the only issue. A lot of choices in restaurants, some chains. There are a few off the beaten path that I have liked the best and not too pricey. Not sure of the name of the restaurant but off point comfort road or the marina there. Over looking the marsh and bay. Great setting good food. i wish i could help you, pal, but have no idea of what the hilton head even is! i hope you have a good time, though! i was hoping this question was not about paris hilton! she is a little ingrate and needs to grow up! |
