Again!What state in the US is there that is warm hardly any earthquakes or Floods and no snakes? Beside North and South Carolina? And handicap safe? Also nice big homes.

Snakes are everywhere, but I'd get out of the south if I were you. I prefer rattlers to dealing with the snakes down there.

Check out the Northeast. We get floods, but you deal with that by living on a hill. If you're in a floodplain, you're kind of asking for it. I'm from Pittsburgh, where people get flooded every year. My family laughs at those people from the safety of our hilltop.

Well you're not going to find any state that lacks snakes. Oklahoma is extremely hot and humid in the summer, but Oregon, Washington are pretty temparate near the coast. Northern Cali is pretty nice too I hear!
Now warm parts attract snakes, up here in Canada just over the border in Ontario, no snake problem,no earthquakes or really any flooding. Or northern Michigan or the top half of the
eastern US.
