What's gonna happen after Trimper Rides leaves Ocean City, MD?

What will be built there in the square between S. Division Street & S.1st Street and between Baltimore Ave & Boardwalk?

They will probably build what they always build replacing such good memories: Condos!

They are replacing everything with pricy condos. Ocean City already has a whole lot of condos. Or they might build another large hotel. Trimper Rides had so much historical rides. Including the Hershel Spellman Carousel that I used to ride.

It's pretty sad they are doing this. Source(s): Visited Ocean city every year when living in Baltimore.
