If you could go anywhere in the East US for vacation...?

Travel Info
Where would you go?

I'm looking to go somewhere different. Please no beaches, I'm not that type. Something interesting and unique. The thing is, it has to be in reasonable driving distance of Pittsburgh. I'd say the limit is the Carolinas. Nothing quite that far.

Ideas?
