Fashion in Nashville?

Going to Nashville for the first time. Attending a show at the Grand Ole Opry and dinner in the downtown historic district. How do women dress there? What does casual mean in Nashville?

I lived down there about a year ago. It is pretty casual during the day. Trendy is a definate but it is also a tourist area so style is definately a variety thing. A skirt or capris with a nice tank would be appropriate. Dress fun but cool - it can be very warm and humid. Casual is typical casual and you will be primarily in tourist areas. There will be people very dressed up and people in jeans and a t-shirt. Be comfortable. Big River Brewing Company (on broadway across from the hardrock cafe) is a great place to eat. Not too dressy, but still nice enough for date night! Have fun!!

You see all types of dress downtown. How you dress would really depend on where you're going to dinner.
