Hi, I'm going to Anchorage in Aug. any place to view bald eagles around this place?

We are leaving for Anchorage, Alaska this August. Any places around for me to view bald eagles (catching fish). Thanks for your help

Not sure I've ever seen eagles in Anchorage, although I'm sure they're there. A few hours down the road and you can get to Seward or Homer. Plenty of eagles there - although I've never seen one catch a fish. One of the coolest things I've seen was in the winter - where eagles were in the snow alongside the river. When they'd open their wings to take off, it would leave cool imprints in the snow - kind of like "eagle snow angels".
