Why do people from Texas think that they are the best? |
Travel Info A lot of people in Texas think that they are the capital state of the country! Travel Tips Pride. I actually hated Texas when I visited. Maybe I just prefer NYC. It all depends on the atmosphere a person prefers. And lemondrop I have no pride in growing up in NJ. And neither do most that I know. Others The answer to your braindead question is simple and succinct.... TEXANS RULE!! thank you and good day they think that? let them think what they want lots of people in different places think they're the best when really it is I who rules the world!!!! well, i was born and lived in California, for 11yrs, then now am living in Texas, for 8yrs.. i think its cuz they are the only state that can secede from the union. but if i were Texas i wouldn't do that... iono i personally think its bullshit that Texans think they're so high and mighty, when they're just like anyone else in this massive united nation of states. Because we are the best. Actually I think Texas should have stayed a separate country. ummmmmm Well are you actually asking a question? Okay well I guess it's pretty plain and simple.........Texans are very proud of their state. Don't you feel pride where you live? If you have never lived in Texas or were not born and raised in Texas than maybe you just won't understand. I absolutely love Texas and have been all over the country. I was born and raised and Texas and I really believe that Texas is the best place to live. That's just my opinion. Why do you ask this question/statement? Why does it bother you so much? There is nothing wrong with being proud of being a Texan. Texas is a beautiful, clean state. We take pride in keeping are state clean and free of litter. Hence the motto "Don't Mess With Texas". Most Texans are very friendly people. I have had many people tell me that they notice a difference when they visit Texas in how friendly and helpful everyone is. It's just people's opinions though.....I don't know why you let it get to you so bad. Anyway, I absolutely love Texas and Texas people and I plan to live here for the rest of my life.
