Student visiting Geneva from South Africa, what shouldn't I miss out on? |
Travel Info Going to Universtity of Geneva for 2 weeks. Would like to go out there.There any nice places or stuff I shouldnt miss? I could probably give you more ideas if you want to do things related to what you will be studying. But here are a few things to do: U.N. Tour Cruise on the Geneva Lake Jet d'Eau (water fountain) Giant flower clock Tour of old town take a boat across thew lake to one of the small quaint towns in france its a really nice thing to do especcially if the weather is good. go to lots of different towns on the lake forunt and walk along the promonade. have fun switzerland is great email me if you want more info swissgirl_5466@yahoo.com good luck i lived in Gland close to Geneva for 12 years |
