I am going to Scotland in september, what clothes do I need to bring?

Travel Info
How warm do I need to dress and what sort of things are in style for a say a 20 year old girl like me? Also what shoes are most appropriate for walking in; I was told not to wear tennis shoes or you'll get laughed at...

Travel Tips
Go to Blacks outdoor store. They do proper walking boots etc. I picked up a kids pair for 拢20, but I am a size three.

You'll need to bring a waterproof coat - it rains in Scotland when the rest of the world is in drought, and think layers....if it's warm you can put them on, if it's cold, Jeez you'll know about it.

Have a great time, it's fab!! Source(s): Experience

Other Travel Tips
Well I'd say the nights are cool even in September so warm clothing is a must. Try hiking boots as your shoes.
September usually lovely in Scotland. if you're going to e city, wear what you normally would. If trekking through e highlands, cover up big time cos e midges will be oot and looking for blood
If just a few days or weeks, a good warm coat. If longer, into Winter, pack yer woolens! But plenty of places to get warm clothing whilst there.
Been there.
