Glasgow saturday night out?

a group of us are watching a footie game in airdree next month and are planning to spend the saturday night in glasgow,we are all in our 30s and 40s,any good pubs etc,that would suit us?

You can also consider going to the Kings Theater first. It always has super shows and the place is fantastic. Built in 1906 or something it is worth seeing and having a pre show drink in the wee bar.

Other Travel Tips

It really depends on what kind of music you all like, but going by your age group, I would suggest trying Buffalo Joe's, Madness, Jumpin' Jaks, Tiger Tiger, Arta, The Corinthian, Frankensteins (try to get there before midnight to see him!) Hope you have a great time in Glasgow!
O'Neills Pub in the Merchant City area of Glasgow. Very nice and not too much trouble there! After there are a few clubs around the same area that are very nice. Tiger Tiger is there and there is also a casino right there too!

Head for Byres road mate! Start at Tennents (good beer, boring old uni lecher farts!), the upstairs Curlers (age limit under 18, but lie!), nip down to Ashton Lane..(Ubi Chip, Cul de Sac..full of media posers), then up to Oran Mor (least you've been to church!)..then..onto The Viper (formerly Clatty Pat's for the last chance saloon, full of desperados needing to pull!)
You will need passport, phrasebook, local currency and rabies jabs..Oh and they don't do Buckie on draught..sorry!
Didn't know they played football in Airdrie..thought you had to go to Motherwell for that!
Legs and co is the strip club, it's opposite St Enoch Square and you'll get a titty dance for a fiver.
