What are the best nurseries in the west or north of glasgow the snobbier the better.?

Travel Tips
I don't know any names, but best way to search :

- make a list of all the nurseries in your chosen area
- find out their waiting lists - generally the good ones will have the longest waiting lists as they are over-subscribed
- ask for a meeting with the manager, not just a visit where you get shown around the facilities, good ones will go that extra mile to discuss things with you
- but also check out the facilities, they should be clean, ample staff and should help a child's learning even at that age
- check if all the staff have basic first aid certificates and what other qualifications they hold... they should have NVQ's in childcare
- some of the more "snobby" ones will have an actual catering staff for the children rather than the general staff preparing meals too
- price, the best ones will probably be most expensive
