Travel Info What is that exact number of the Greek islands? Travel Tips nobody klnows the exact number , believe me BUT all are worth to travel to Others something like 207 or 407 in total i think i brought a book in kos last year about the Greek islands and it states that there are 777 Greek islands and it named them all , but dont know if it is true cos i cant find the flipping book anywhere I've got that book too, only I've found my copy! It says there are over 3000 islands, & if you include rocky outcrops 9500. but only 140 of them are inhabited 777 wonderful Greek Islands by Yiannis Desypris over 2000 ( including some big rocks and stuff) @ 1400 islands of Greece, of which 227 are inhabited. Only 78 islands have more than 100 inhabitants. |
