Lesvos is a great island with history, is located in the northern Aigaio and is very close to Turkey.I've been there so I should tell you that it is a quiet island with interesting architecture and good food!The beaches are good but a bit cold (Sigri).There are many things to see there.I can't give you info about the hotel you mentioned cause I don't recall it,but there are a lot of hotels in Anaxos.

I know that Lesbos is an island in greece but I did not travel there my last trip to Greece. If you do go there, be ready to let people know if you are gay or straight.
