Which resort is better?

Am thinking about going to Rhodes in the end of June after gcses are over with my mum and my friend. Both me and my friend are 16. Have been looking at the resorts of Lindos and Pefkos. Does anyone know which what they are like, we want somewhere fun but not as were going with my ma not to loud etc.
Any answers greatly appreciated.

Rhodes is a lovely place to visit - Falaraki is the really happening place but I dont think your mum would like it.

Lindos and pefkos - both extremely quiet and sleepy places. We did visit them but I would not have wanted to stay a whole week there - far too quiet.

I would recommend Rhodes Town itself or Ixia - just outside the main town - theres loads of history/shops/markets and lovely tavernas - it will be just the right mix of fun for both you and your mum

went to rhodes years ago in december and loved it.Visited lindos when it was just a fishing village,it was lovely then but do'nt know now.
not sure on pefkos but lindos is quiet but great sights, the acropolis is there, its also 10 degrees hotter in lindos than anywhere else on the rhodes island. Falaraki is great depending on which part of the town u stay in, u can find nice quiet area, the main part is very lively.
I go to rhodes every year.
Now I'm in Greece on vacations....Island Rhodes is very well but Mykonos i like much more. There are many young english speaking people -so will be fun. I prefer Lindos Mare . But if you will you can try to see more information/

My girlfriend and I went to Pefkos and stayed in Pefki Islands Resort which was very nice and clean. The small village of Pefkos is quite nice though not nearly as nice or tranquil as Lindos. If we ever go back we are going to Lindos as we like the more traditional setting (Pefkos was built for tourists where Lindos is steeped in history).
We've stayed in Pefkos which is quiet but not dead. Lindos is very picturesque but soooooooo hot & the beach gets very crowded there. Your Mum definately wouldn't like Faliraki! Not suggesting you stay there, but you must visit Rhodes town - it's brilliant
