When do I get an email confirmation?

Have not recieved a email confirmation.
Flying MexicanaAL. On line shows( validity)dates.
Must I travel only between these dates? if so help Reservation was made months ago. Called airline four times and was told they would send confirmation each time. My travel dates are not between the validity dates shown on line. I am so confused.

I tried to buy a ticket to Argentina using online Mexicana and I finally had to cancel because they never sent the e-mail. Maybe it would be better if you go to a ticket office and take your ticket physically.
