take west to Houston, then south to the Mexican border using many roads there are but depend what is the point of entry you want. Laredo is the best because there is a freeway in Mexico's side that takes you to Monterrey, then west to Saltillo 65kms away and from Saltillo south to Concepci贸n del Oro, Zacatecas. Still heading south until Zacatecas and from there you are about 360 kms away from GDL and there are two ways to come; via Aguacalientes using freeways or directly to the south form Zacatecas but you should cross a Oblatos Canyon, a tired trip of about one hour just to enter Guadalajara.
