Yes they are very good indeed but on a lot of flights a little more expensive, their web page also needs to be more customer friendly but as to check inn service and flight service they are excellent

Yup. I've never had a problem with them. Their service was good, and nothing happened with my bags.
Yes in mi opinion, i have never had a problem with them, they have very good costumer service and are always willing to help!
Horrible customer service. I flew them round trip from Newark to Bogota via San Jose. Lousy service at Newark. No problems with the baggage, though.
The service on the plane was mediocre as well.
