The easiest guatemalan recipe are "tostadas". Those are fried corn tortillas that you put on top guacomole, tomato salsa or refried beans. It is very easy to do.
Another delicious recipe that kids love are "chocobananos". These are chocolate covered bananas on a stick. You have first to peel the bananas, put the stick on them, and after that put them on the freezer for the night. Afterwards, there is a special chocolate that gets hard when cold, so you take each banana and cover them with chocolate.. and then back to the freezer... Its easy and fun to do.
