Travel Info I have a friend from guatemala living in the US and he is cheap when it comes to tipping though he is real friendly with the service staff. What's up with that? Travel Tips Yes, you are supposed to tip. Others He should definitley follow the customs of our nation...when in America, do as Americans. (sorry, never been to Rome) You better believe that the wait staff hates him after they see thier tip!! Friendliness doesnt pay the bills.... He needs to pay up or not go out.... Find another friend. jesusjette as a tourist ( no matter your nationality) you should tip. Just to show some appreciation and respect for others. don't be cheap. what is a gringo?? anyway he should pay tips everywhere |
