I am sure there are plenty but when I went I went with American Airlines. I think Delta flies there too though. Good luck and have a great trip. Amazing country with amazing people!
If it doesn't matter where you meet your connecting flight at, I suggest HOUSTON. It was the easiest to get through customs out of all the airports I have ever been through. Friendly too. Just a suggestion in case you have the opportunity to choose. By the way, I flew Delta and American Airlines to and from Guatemala City. Delta was the most accomodating.
You can take almost any airline to Guatemala. United, U.S. Air, Contential, Taca and Spirit air. I recommend Spirit air if you are leaving in June. They have great deals from LA and Ft. Lauderdale. $8 Dollars each way for select dates and times. Expect to pay anywhere from $350 - $500, depending on when you go and where you leave from.
