I've seen lots of pictures of a large ship in Halifax. Need additional info...?

In all of the travel books, I've seen several pictures of a large boat. I think it's docked near the Historical Property area. It resembles a Pirate ship. Are we able to go aboard/cruise the harbour in it? Any info on it would be appreciated!
