If there were to be a natural disaster in Rome, Italy what Italian organization would handle the emergency?

Its for a class I'm taking about natural disasters and the teacher wants us to find out, in my case what organization in Italy would handle a natural disaster in Rome and what would the chain of command be.

I'm italian

we have a very efficient organization called "Protezione Civile", (civilian protection)
that is constituted also by the army, police, firemen, redcross, and it's ruled by the Interior Ministery
