Travel Info Are there any vitamins or mineral you are suppose to take before going to Mexico? Travel Tips Why? What a silly question. It's Mexico, not the Congo. I've never had any problems in Mexico. Use common sense, wear some sun screen, and have a good time! Others I think it's Mexican jumping beans. VITAMIN A FOR ABSOLUTELY AVOID TOURIST SPOTS DONT DRINK THE WATER ENJOY TEQUILA i dont think so. you should talk to a Dr. that is travel medicine...also you should for sure get your hep a vaccine and take benadryl and immodium with you... not sure if there any specifics but I have heard that you should definately NOT drink the water.. also taking vatimin C is always a good idea.. keeps the imune system VERY strong and "on it's toes".
