Who is responsible for reporting any unsafe conditions on site?

Travel Tips
Anyone and everyone that sees unsafe working conditions should report them. It would definately be wise for a manager or other high up employee to be on the look out to correct these situations before they result in a lawsuit of some sort. So sometimes you will see people in power either ignoring them or trying to fix the problem. They don't want to tip off OSHA that there is a problem in the work place. If they did there will be written record of that complaint and if someone sues them then they can use that formal complaint as evidence. So if you are just an employee of an orginazation I would say you should take it upon yourself to file a complaint. It will get things righted in your workplace and it can serve as evidence for you or one of your co-workers in case of anything.
