I Want to Visit Nepal, Is it safe now, I heard there is maw wadi Problems.?

I heard in Kathmandu, There is lot of mawwadi Problems. At night after 9PM. It is not allowed to go outside. All hotels are closed after 10PM.

Travel Tips
Peace has finally been established in Nepal. All the sides have come to an agreement and the papers has been signed. It's safe now days. I am out even at 12 am and it's safe.
